This new, two story residence was designed by HYA in a contemporary, Scandinavian Farmhouse style. Its classic gable form faces the street, and is grounded by an ebony brick base and vertical board siding. The interiors showcase the home’s contemporary theme, with playful colors and geometric tile employed throughout. An open concept kitchen, dining and living room create a generous family space, while the second floor makes use of vaulted ceilings and natural light filled spaces.
