Originally built in 1911 this 2-story home is a blend of architectural styles including Craftsman, Prairie, and Late Victorian. After having been remodeled and expanded by 3 subsequent owners it was time for a single wholistic renovation that updated the house utilities (all electric!), structure, facades, and interiors. The second floor rooms were reproportioned and new ensuite baths and laundry room were added to improve use and comfort for the family of five. Color and pattern were embraced, harkening back to the home’s transitional Victorian roots, and the historic wallpapers and colors have a charm and elegance that are both classic and of the moment.
