Designed to support the next generation of innovative entrepreneurs in the Stanford Research Park, the Page Mill project is an adaptive reuse to bring new life to a tired site. The existing 50,000 sf building is being re-shaped and newly clad to transform a dated tilt-up concrete and glass office building into an energy efficient, forward-looking project that provides a variety of interior and exterior spaces to better support contemporary workplace needs and culture. The building’s strong modern-looking presence on Page Mill with a clear entrance of the Page Mill parking lot and welcoming hardscape plaza that enables the easy flow of building occupants between the interior and exterior spaces. Inside the “future of work” will be fostered through purpose-built spaces including a venture creation incubator, design-thinking lab, huddle rooms, break-out zones, and a vibrant cafe.
