This project is a renovation of an existing 50,000 square foot office building in downtown Palo Alto. The building’s interior and exterior public spaces were modernized and given a high-end aesthetic that reflected the current occupants, appealed to prospective venture capital tenants, and better engaged with the surrounding community. On the interior, the stairwells, corridors, and primary elevator lobbies were re-imagined. Dated elements on the building’s exterior were removed, glazing systems replaced, and a new plaza and extensive landscaping plan developed. New signage elements for the building, encompassing everything from tactile signage to primary building directories and monument graphics, complete the transformation.
