Transforming a dated 1980’s ribbon-window and EIFS clad facade into a fresh modern office building is no minor feat. The design works with the existing post-tension concrete structure to re-clad and revitalize the aging and tired building with a new design focused on more refined and sustainable energy efficient materials, improving the pedestrian experience, and creating an inviting public entry to the building. The renovated property was 90% leased within 6 months of completion.
